It was born from the cracks of my own becoming: heartbreak, resilience, synchronicities, and the radical remembering that healing doesn’t come from fixing yourself — it comes from finally feeling yourself.
Over the years, I’ve learned that medicine doesn’t always look like what we expect. Sometimes it’s found in the rituals that ground us. Sometimes it’s in the words of a children’s story. Sometimes it’s in the clothes we choose to wear, when they carry intention and truth.
The Soul School is the ecosystem where all of these pieces come together. It’s not polished or linear — it’s messy, raw, and real, just like life itself. My hope is that the teachings and creations shared here help you feel less alone, more alive, and more connected to your own medicine.
